Short, sweet, informative, and to the point. : Drinking unsweetened green tea during fasting DOES ACTUALLY boost your weight loss, who knew? This book has little tips and tricks and recipes for making fasting not only bearable, but also fruitful. I have not only lost weight, but I also feel good about it.

A Manageable Change : The one thing I like about intermittent fasting is it allows you to improve your health and lets you eat food you enjoy without giving them up. Benefits of IF can include increased fat burning, reduced blood pressure, improved insulin sensitivity, and more. It is especially beneficial to women over the age of 50. If this sounds like what you’re looking for, I highly recommend reading this book!

Good. : So fasting is really good for women of all ages. but is crucial when you pass your 40. this book will tell you all the benefits, diet, exercises, all in one! It might be hard at the beginningso that's why is so important to go little by little so your body will adapt and get better. recommended.

Dr. Oz Recommended : I saw an episode of Dr Oz recently that mentioned intermittent fasting but it didn't give that much information. This book has all the information you need about this popular diet.

Hard to read : This book was extremely difficult to read due to broken English and incomplete sentences. I’m not sure how it got published that way. Some good info but could have been half as long. I would research other books before getting this one.
